Our Platform
Student Organization Funding
Student fees directly fund the organizations and activities that make our campus thrive, and since those fees come from students, the funding process should be clear, fair, and easy to navigate. We will refine and streamline Rolling, VIM, and Club Sports funding to ensure that student organizations, club sports, and Greek life can access financial resources without unnecessary hurdles. A better funding system doesn’t just make things easier—it strengthens leadership, encourages collaboration, and supports long-term growth within our student community.
Affordability
Affordability is a growing challenge for everyone, and Bozeman is a uniquely expensive place to live within Montana. In a time of rising costs, a central priority of our administration will be to work directly with local government to pursue housing policies that prioritize affordability.
Partner Organizations
We're dedicated to strengthening ASMSU’s relationships with partner organizations to better advocate for student interests. Namely, we’ll work with the Streamline Bus service to create a seasonal bus route to and from the airport during holiday breaks, alleviating significant costs and hassle for traveling students.
Your needs are our priorities
While we’re excited to bring you these initiatives, it is far more important for us to know what you want us to do. To ensure every voice is heard and unique needs are met, we will establish a liaisonship program to engage passionate individuals from a diverse range of student groups, such as student-athletes, Greek life, and first-generation students. Through collective effort and shared purpose, we can devise effective solutions to students’ most pressing needs. We will advance these student priorities beyond campus, advocating at local and state levels to drive change.
